We know that change and development in our organizations are needed to sustain and grow, but also often that these processes are met with hesitance and some times resistance. In most organisations we could make a quick survey, and we will quite quickly find that we spend a significant of our work time in meetings AND that a majority of both staff and management do not find they are getting the full return of investment of time in meeting. We have been working with this paradox and via our concept turned around organisations culture of meetings into a more impactful setup.
