Follow-up on a participatory facilitated workshop is highly recommended. It is important that staff are informed and involved as much as possible of the outcome of the workshop to continue the engagement and ownership of all.

In most organisations we could make a quick survey, and we will quite quickly find that we spend a significant of our work time in meetings AND that a majority of both staff and management do not find they are getting the full return of investment of time in meeting. We have been working with this paradox and via our concept turned around organisations culture of meetings into a more impactful setup.
